Interior drain tile system
A drainage channel at the footing catches water before it reaches your floor and carries it to the sump pit.
Interior drains, sump pumps and wall sealing installed by our own crews. We find where the water comes from first, then fix that — backed by a lifetime transferable warranty.
Water rarely shows up as a flood first. Tick any of these you’ve noticed to see how urgent it likely is.

This quick check isn’t a diagnosis. Only an on-site inspection can confirm where water is getting in.
There’s no one-size-fits-all system. After inspection we match the solution to the cause, so you never pay for work your basement doesn’t need.

We dig to the footing, repair the wall, apply a rubberized membrane and drainage board, then install new drain tile outside.
Flexible polyurethane or epoxy is injected into the crack to seal it from the inside and stop active leaks.
Commercial-grade sealants and moisture barriers on the walls reduce dampness, humidity and musty odors.
We tie window wells and basement stairwells into the drainage system so rain can’t pool against the glass or door.
A drained, high-capacity dehumidifier keeps the air dry after the structure is sealed, protecting finished spaces.
Not sure which one your home needs? We’ll tell you after a free inspection.

We trace the water to its source with a moisture meter and check walls, floor joints, grading and gutters.
You get photos, the cause in plain English and a fixed written price with clear options.
We cover floors, locate utilities and mark the drain route before any cutting starts.
We cut a channel along the footing, lay perforated drain tile in clean stone and run it to the sump pit.
We set the pit, install the pump with battery backup and an alarm, and pipe the water away from your foundation.
We patch the slab, seal the walls, test the system with water, clean up and hand over your lifetime warranty.

If you only notice a damp feel or a musty smell, humidity may be the cause. Puddles, wet walls, white mineral deposits or water after rain mean liquid water is getting in, and a dehumidifier alone won’t solve that. A free inspection tells the two apart.
Interior systems manage water at the footing and are usually faster and less disruptive. Exterior waterproofing stops water at the wall but needs excavation. We recommend whichever fits the cause, the access around your home and your budget.
Crack injection takes about half a day. Most interior drain and sump pump systems are finished in one to three days. Exterior waterproofing can take several days depending on depth and access.
It can, if it has a battery backup. We install one with every new pump and add an alarm, so you’re alerted if water rises. Storms are when outages and flooding most often happen together.
Cost depends on the system, the length of wall that needs protection and access to the work area. After a free inspection you receive a fixed written quote, so you know the full price before work begins. Financing is available.
